Every potential mover completes a criminal background check and drug screening before they are offered a position.The candidate is required to undergo an extensive three week training program, that includes fit training, book work, and on the job experience training. Upon completion of this program, they will have mastered all tasks needed to perform a successful move, and deliver above average customer service to our customers.
Our Movers begin as "Junior Movers" and work their way up the ranks to "Crew Leaders". Our team is trained to properly pack and unpack a dwelling, and are specialized in all services that we offer. We have had some very difficult moves in our time and our team has always been trained on surprises that take place on moving day. Whether it is fitting furniture down a narrow hallway or bend or having to hoister a couch through a third story deck, we are confident that we will be able to handle the job with ease.

Every move is assigned a Crew Leader. This Crew leader, is in charge of answering all your questions and concerns, booking your move and filling out the appropriate paperwork and executing the actual move. They will be your main source of contact throughout your moving process. He will oversee the operation and will be in charge of his subordinates. He will make sure the move is executed as expected from start to finish. He will also be in charge of closing the transaction with you. He is trained and prepared to alleviate any concerns or questions you might have making your move an enjoyable stress free move.

After the move is complete, we will follow up with you in the next couple of days in order to make sure that you are happy with your experience.
